Hi Crochet Friends! Hope you all are having a fantastic day. Today’s blog post brings you this really cute Crochet Blanket in a log cabin design. This Crochet Blanket is made with the granny Stitch and will work up for you extremely fast. This Crochet Blanket is the perfect project for beginner crocheters. I bet that within the afternoon you will have this Crochet Blanket mostly complete. Make this Crochet Blanket in any size that you want. It’s the perfect house warming gift, baby gift, or even just a new addition to any room in your home. Play around with the colors to coordinate any home decor, gifts for a baby boy, or baby girl. I hope you all enjoy making this Crochet Blanket as much as I did.

Here’s what you will need for this Crochet Blanket

Yarn: Any #4 worsted weight yarn will do. I used red heart super saver for the yarns in the colors Pretty in Pink,

Amethyst, Solid Pool, and Minty for the Crochet Blanket. I would start with 3 skeins of each, as the blanket gets larger you can purchase more skeins. If you don’t have access to Red Heart you can purchase it through the highlighted links.

Crochet Hook: 5.5 mm crochet hook. Any 5.5 mm crochet hook that you have on hand will work. I really love the crochet hooks that have the silicone handles. They fit comfortably in your hand while crocheting. You can purchase the crochet hook in the highlighted link above.

Craft Scissors: Any pair of scissors<a href=”http://<a target=”_blank” href=”https://www.amazon.com/s?k=craft+scissors&i=arts-crafts&crid=QPFSV39Z7N5X&sprefix=craft+scissors%252Carts-crafts%252C202&ref=nb_sb_noss_1&_encoding=UTF8&tag=montanacroc0d-20&linkCode=ur2&linkId=bde3f5667ab9bc7ca922388a78d4986d&camp=1789&creative=9325″>craft scissors that you have on hand will work for this Crochet Blanket. I really like the smaller craft size scissors because they easily fit into my crochet hook bag. You can purchase a pair of craft scissors in the highlighted link above.

Yarn Needle: I really love the metal Yarn Needles because i feel like they weave through the yarn much easier. You can use what ever yarn needle that you have on hand. If you want to purchase a set of yarn needles you can do so in the highlighted link above.
